Mr. Sills graduated with a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. Mr. Sills has been with the firm since 2008 and passed the CPA exam in 2010. Mr. Sills main areas of focus are Oklahoma gross production tax refunds for wells qualifying for enhancement status or mechanical failures status.
